Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Backend Software Developer Expert who comprehensively excels in hands-on coding, strong at backend, clouding. This is a technical role responsible for designing and developing our major software. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of scalable architecture, cloud-native solutions, and modern software engineering best practices. 

Main Responsibilities

Software Architecture

• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-availability applications, apply effective API governance, service orchestration, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, message queue and other practices for high-volume transactions processing.

Backend Development 

• Implement high-performance backend services; implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless integrations across multiple systems and institutions, ensure backward compatibility.
• Implement event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Implement authentication, authorization, and identity management.
• Develop and optimize database queries, data storage performance.
• Follow secure coding best practices to protect sensitive financial data.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, integrate across on-premises environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Optimize application performance and scalability with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Technical Leadership

• Research, and stay updated on new technological platforms, emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Strong experience and knowledge with Node.js, Java, Python, Go, or similar; API development with RESTful APIs, gRPC, GraphQL, WebSockets. Proficiency in API design principles, versioning, and rate limiting. 
• Strong experience in building event-driven, distributed systems with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies. 
• Strong knowledge and experience of both SQL and no SQL database: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis. 
• Cloud expertise in AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, etc.). 
• Strong experience of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins). 
• Strong understanding of asynchronous processing, multithreading, and concurrent processing. 
• Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.) 
• Architecture & System Design: strong understanding of microservices, serverless, and cloud-native architecture; experience with API gateway, caching strategies, and database optimization; familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). 
• 6+ years’ experience in software development. 
• Communication & teamwork, task management skills. 
• Ethical, enthusiastic, strong sense of responsibility. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial or fintech domain.
• Good understanding of big data, machine learning and AI integration.
