Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business and technical requirements for projects and products.
• Process Mapping: Assist in analyzing and mapping business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Solution Coordination: Work with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and objectives.
• Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including use cases, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Testing Support: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by helping validate that solutions meet defined requirements.
• Data Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact between business and technical teams to facilitate smooth collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, system integration, or logistics (WMS/OMS) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL for data analysis.
• Analytical Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Soft Skills:
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Team player with a proactive and self-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
• Familiarity with process modeling tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
