Mô tả công việc

• To be a bridge in communication between Japanese client and Project team in VN on all project-related matters;
• Work with Japanese client to get all project information, required documents, …
• Work with Project team in VN to understand project business documents, confirm requirements with client, and collaborate with team to perform system analysis and design;
• Collaborate with the PM/PL to plan, estimate project implementation efforts and monitor project progress;
• Need to analyze risks, evaluate effectiveness, report progress, and ensure project quality, deadlines, expectation from client;
• Check the quality of the project's output products before delivering them to client;
• Act as a bridge to exchange with client, Q&A, have solutions to solve problems arising in the project, and problems after handover;
• Work in Japan and Vietnam according to project requirements

Yêu cầu công việc

• Japanese qualification: N2 or above;
• 1+ years of experience in working as a Bridge Software Engineer (BSE);
• Strong in negotiation, presentation, communication, transferring technical issues smoothly, complex problem solving, and time management;
• Experienced in analysis requirement, basic design, and detail design writing;
• Strong in reporting via email or meeting with Japanese clients;
• Strong in project management, planning and high responsibility;
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
• Critical thinking, teamwork mindset, and service orientation (actively seeking ways);
• Ability to connecting business chances between Japan site and Vietnam site is a plus.
