We are looking for an AI & System Executive to drive our digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on implementing in-house systems and applications, automating workflows using low-code platforms like Power Platform, managing IT assets and services, and integrating AI into our workplace operations. The ideal candidate will also commercialize AI solutions for our customers, making them accessible and impactful.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in digital transformation projects to optimize internal processes and workflows.
• Develop and maintain in-house systems and applications using Power Platform and other low-code tools.
• Manage IT assets and services, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance workplace productivity and decision-making.
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI application and automation.
• Develop and commercialize AI-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical support and training to ensure smooth adoption of systems and AI tools.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1 - 2 years of experience in digital transformation and system development projects, customized AI solutions for business applications.
• Experience with low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Knowledge of AI tools and workplace technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of data analysis, programming, and data engineering is a plus.
• Understanding of IT asset management and service delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• "Promoter" style is an advantage - friendly, encouraging, team builder, motivator, communicator, with the ability to create user research and present technical solutions effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in English & Vietnamese.
