+ Các thành viên trong team luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau. Văn hoá không phân cấp quá nặng nề nên rất dễ trao đổi, đề xuất và hợp tác.
Được tiếp cận các dự án nước ngoài
+ Công ty làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng Bắc Âu, quy trình chuyên nghiệp, tài liệu rõ ràng. Điều này giúp tôi học thêm nhiều về cách làm việc quốc tế.
Quy trình làm việc rõ ràng
+ Mọi thứ khá rõ ràng: từ onboarding, task assignment đến review. Nhìn chung môi trường “dễ thở”, không áp lực quá mức và có work–life balance tốt.
Đồng nghiệp tử tế, quản lý dễ trao đổi
+ Leader cởi mở, lắng nghe và hỗ trợ, không micro-management. Teamwork tốt và mang lại cảm giác gắn kết, làm việc lâu dài được.
Chế độ OT rõ ràng, khi project hay client cần thì mới phải OT. Hầu như rất ít OT

+ Các buổi workshop về công nghệ mới, coding best practices, hoặc kỹ năng mềm sẽ giúp team nâng cao chất lượng chuyên môn và trao đổi kiến thức tốt hơn.
Công ty có thể linh hoạt hơn về chế độ phúc lợi
