- Công ty có quy trình chuyên nghiệp.
- Tạo điều kiện cho mọi người học hỏi và phát triển bản thân.
- Công ty Na-Uy nên máy móc và thiết bị hiện đại.
- Văn hoá công ty rõ ràng, đồng nghiệp thân thiện, luôn lắng nghe và quan tâm tận tình.
- Mỗi team có mỗi văn hoá khác nhau, nói chung có nhiều màu sắc.
- Công ty có tổ chức nhiều hoạt động như thể thao, nghỉ 30 phút lúc 4h hằng ngày, hay có Happy Hour 4h chiều.
- Có hỗ trợ cho đi học các khoá học cho bản thân và có bonus rất khá.
- Team leader rất hiền, và luôn lắng nghe ý kiến member.
- Hr thì nói chuyện với nhân viên rất dễ chịu và support nhiệt tình.
- Công ty có hỗ trợ tiền gửi xe.
- Văn phòng có 3 tầng cực kì xịn xò.
- 1 tuần làm đủ 40h là được nên cứ đủ giờ là được về sớm.
Hiện tại vẫn chưa OT, làm hết việc thì về nên cũng không có vấn đề gì.
Đề nghị cải thiện
- Buổi trưa hơi ồn nên anh chị em nói nhỏ tiếng hơn để người khác nghỉ ngơi thì rất tuyệt vời.
Còn lại thì không có vấn đề gì vì mọi người luôn lắng nghe ý kiến của nhân viên.
