Công ty có văn phòng đẹp, xịn xò.
Còn về văn hoá thì mỗi team mỗi khác, tuỳ team. Có một số team cực vui như OceanSmart, mọi người vui vẻ hoà đồng. Nhưng cũng có 1 số team thì rất nghiêm túc.
Đặc biệt team nhân sự take care rất tốt cho nhân viên.
Mức lương thì tuỳ vị trí và tuỳ team, nhưng nhìn chung là thuộc dạng tốt so với thị trường. Các benefits khác như quà cáp các dịp lễ thì đều có.
Công ty có văn phòng xịn, nhân sự nhiệt tình, benefits tốt.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Nên có thêm các câu lạc bộ khác để nâng cao sức khoẻ cho anh em sau những giờ code căng thẳng chứ hiện tại chỉ có mỗi cầu lông với lại đá bóng.
