Về Chúng Tôi
Full-stack Developer - Dũng Đặng
There are frequent team building activities and parties to connect staff. They work hard, they play hard! The manager really rocks and we all have a great time together. So, everyone is really close, like a true family, that just when I meet them, I feel joyful.
It is definitely bliss to see the products work. With each product incremented, I feel proud of my contribution to the industry and the outcome meets the expectations of the client. I am over the moon when I hear them “Yeahooo” from the other side and see their contented face when the software smoothly works.
Back of House Team - Vân Nguyễn
It exactly is the tiny daily moments when everyone shares and supports each other. As you know, IT people are quite quiet by nature, so the admin team frequently holds varied activities, such as happy hour, team building, picnic. sports events, or plays music in the pantry space to create really good vibes for all Restaff members.
Since Restaff does not seek for the best, we seek for the most suitable, one who faces difficulties at work should not feel worried. As long as he is aware of his weak points and has a plan to cover them, they are always supported.
Software Engineer - Nam Nguyễn
My career orientation and development are determined and strongly supported at Restaff. I shared my tech-career plan with the leader and got approval and support from him. I am really glad about that honestly! Restaff has always stayed by my side on my career path.
I face 2 common obstacles. Sometimes end-users are too busy, so it takes them quite a long time to send me their feedback that leads to the delay of further development for features. The other was technical issues. I must deal with unpredictable problems quite often. After a few times, I am able to solve those issues easier now.
