Môi trường làm việc mang tính quốc tế, tạo cơ hội hợp tác với đồng nghiệp từ nhiều quốc gia khác nhau. Công ty mang lại trải nghiệm học hỏi sâu về hệ thống thanh toán toàn cầu, rất hữu ích cho việc phát triển chuyên môn. Văn phòng hiện đại, được thiết kế tốt, và đồng nghiệp luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ.
Sếp đưa ra phản hồi rất thẳng thắn và minh bạch, theo phong cách giao tiếp điển hình của Mỹ/Châu Âu. Đôi khi cách trao đổi có thể khá “căng”, vì vậy môi trường này sẽ phù hợp hơn với những người cởi mở trong việc tiếp nhận góp ý và sẵn sàng cải thiện bản thân.
Overtime thì tuỳ vị trí, công ty có team ở các time zone khác nhau.
