Khối lượng công việc nhìn chung cân bằng, chỉ phát sinh OT trong một số giai đoạn dự án cao điểm.

Công ty có thể tiếp tục mở rộng các chương trình phát triển nghề nghiệp và lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng hơn cho từng vị trí.
