- Công ty có rất nhiều sản phẩm, dự án,... để học hỏi và phát triển. Có ích cho các bạn mới ra trường vì grow nhanh.
- Có chương trình Trainee tốt cho Product, DA,...
- Đồng nghiệp và các stakeholders đa phần tốt, supportive,...
- Văn phòng đẹp.
- Trả lương khá fair.
Nhiều sản phẩm và dự án nên OT nhiều (kể cả một số phòng ban back-office).
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- NVS cần có vòi sịt.
- Rất hiếm khi được WFH.
- Sếp phân bổ task không hợp lý. Có những lúc OT rất nhiều. Chế độ OT chưa hợp lý.
- Một số quản lý thiếu tính integrity & transparency.
- Ít chương trình đào tạo các kỹ năng cứng.
