- Môi trường trẻ, thoải mái, linh hoạt, supportive, ko toxic
- Sếp tư duy mở, đón nhận ý kiến nhân viên
- Có cơ hội làm và thử nhiều thứ, tiếp xúc nhiều người giỏi
- Phúc lợi tốt, chăm lo cho nhân viên
công ty không OT nhiều, khuyến khích nhân viên hoàn thành công việc trong giờ, không khuyến khích OT. Nếu có sẽ báo trước và chế độ rõ ràng.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Công ty startup nên môi trường làm việc chưa hoàn thiện hết nhưng các sếp rất lắng nghe góp ý và đang trong quá trình hoàn thiện hơn.
- Nhiều bạn trẻ nên cần linh động, các ac đã quen với môi trường nhà nước hay hơi già xíu thì cân nhắc hoặc học cách linh động hơn
