Công ty không phải OT nhiều, chính sách OT cũng minh bạch, hỗ trợ nhân viên
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Có thêm nhiều hoạt động đào tạo, training nội bộ chuyên môn
- Có thêm các leader chuyên môn tốt để chia sẻ cho team
Lương, phúc lợi tốt, đồng nghiệp, môi trường ok, nhiều thứ để học hỏi.
