Công ty khuyến khích work life balance, mình cần nâng cao kinh nghiệm để không bị task đè là ok nè.

Thêm sự kết nối các thành viên trong công ty vì hiện tại vẫn thân thiết trong dự án hoặc nhóm nhỏ.
