- Nhiều team nên có cơ hội rotation học thêm nhiều mảng khác từ HW tới cloud
- Giờ giấc linh động
OT ko trả tiền, tuy nhiên lương cao hơn mặt bằng nên cũng tạm chấp nhận đc
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Tùy team mà có team sẽ OT cực nhiều, như QA thấy ngày nào 9h tối cũng còn đầy người làm. Nên sắp xếp lại project & tuyển thêm người
- Hạn chế họp trái múi giờ
