Môi trường làm việc khá ổn định, phù hợp với những người muốn làm việc lâu dài. Developer thường làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng nên tiếng Anh là yêu cầu cần thiết, chủ yếu ở mức có thể giao tiếp và trao đổi công việc.
Benefit ở mức vừa đủ so với thị trường: có work from home, bảo hiểm đóng trên full lương, và có hỗ trợ cơm trưa. Công ty cũng khá open với việc sử dụng AI trong công việc, nhưng vẫn có policy rõ ràng về việc sử dụng.
Mức lương nhìn chung phù hợp với mặt bằng chung. Việc review lương thường diễn ra mỗi năm một lần.
Trải nghiệm công việc phụ thuộc khá nhiều vào team, công nghệ và domain của dự án. Có những team được làm với công nghệ mới và hệ thống thú vị, nhưng cũng có team chủ yếu làm maintenance hoặc sử dụng công nghệ cũ.
Công ty nhìn chung không có văn hóa OT thường xuyên. Phần lớn thời gian làm việc trong giờ hành chính và work–life balance khá tốt.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Xem xét thay đổi supplier cơm trưa hoặc cung cấp allowance để nhân viên có thể chủ động lựa chọn bữa ăn.
