In addition to more opportunities to widen my career prospects, AS White has been benefiting the employees by providing a healthy work/life balance. We not only have regular team building activities but also a host of annual leave and sick leave that gives us a chance to take care of our health and to explore our own interests after work.

The job here is stable. ASW's client all are big and successful companies, benefits are very competitive. I had and will have a long way to go with them. I get to be an employee of ASW and treated as employee of the client. I have enough work to stay busy, no rushing, no OT. (If I have to OT, then i get well paid).
Freedom to be proactive. Client always needs new projects/solutions to leverage their business. I don’t spend a lot of time to maintain the projects with old technologies - I was encouraged to modernize the techniques used. So, I was paid not only for working but also for fulfilling my passion in coding. It's awesome. Supportive proficient team.
