Đồng nghiệp hòa đồng, mentor support tốt, intern được tiếp xúc và học hỏi ở dự án thật.
Thực tập sinh nên không bắt buộc OT, thi thoảng cũng có OT nhưng không có lương.

Đồng nghiệp nhiệt tình chỉ dẫn hỗ trợ vui vẻ hòa đồng với nhau.
Chịu OT thì lương mới đỡ đỡ chút. Đa số xin OT thêm vì lương rất thấp so với mặt bằng chung.
