A Great Company for Long-Term Growth and Career Development

What I liked:
Benefits:
- The company offers excellent benefits — probably the best among the companies I've worked for.
- There are usually vouchers or bonuses for employees on various holidays throughout the year.
- Overtime is quite rare, and whenever OT is required, it is fully compensated according to labor regulations. Depending on the team or lead, we also get good meals during OT, such as Pizza Hut, Marugame Udon, Yoshinoya, etc.
- There are also many active clubs and internal activities. Even though we can work from home two days a week, there are often drinks or snacks from places like Phuc Long, Katinat, Phe La, Highlands, etc., which helps create a comfortable working environment.
- The team also organizes monthly team-building activities, giving everyone opportunities to have fun and strengthen relationships outside of work.
Career Path:
- The company has many highly skilled people with deep technical and system knowledge, and everyone is very supportive and willing to help each other.
- One of the things I value most is the opportunity to work directly with large-scale, high-traffic systems. This helps improve productivity and problem-solving skills while exposing you to real-world scenarios that you might otherwise only encounter in books or technical documentation.
- It provides valuable hands-on experience and helps you understand how large-scale systems actually operate in production, rather than learning only from "textbook" examples.

The pantry is a bit small, and food tends to run out fairly quickly. By the last week of the month, the selection is usually limited to snacks, soft drinks, and a few other light refreshments.
