What I liked:
Học tiếng Nhật miễn phí, dạy theo lộ trình như một trung tâm bên ngoài, hồi sinh viên mình từng học Đông Du, nay vào cty đỡ 1 khoản kha khá.
Team khá thân thiện vs support nhiệt tình, nói chung một phần ở lại cũng vì team thôi. mình vào từ sau đợt dịch tới nay, tính ra công ty chưa layoff, chịu khó nuôi nhân viên qua các đợt khủng hoảng, môi trường an toàn, lương bổng nhận đều hàng tháng. Mong thưởng tết cao hơn chút, thấy cty ngta thưởng 2-3 tháng lương phát ham
Các club thể dục thể thao mình không tham gia nên không comt, nghe đâu có thuê sân cầu lông với đá banh lâu lâu tổ chức mấy giải thưởng thấy cũng vui
Mấy training nội bộ thấy cũng tổ chức thường xuyên, tham gia vô nghe ké vài lần mà tham gia xong về làm việc sml bù đến tối nên thôi không tham gia nữa
WC có vòi xịt đuýt với sạch sẽ thấy được dọn thường xuyên
Tùy boss duyệt hầu như trả bằng phép, dư phép tết thì đổi thành tiền,mà tiền dựa trên lương cty đóng BH nên cũng không nhiều mấy
Suggestions for improvement:
câu chuyện gửi xe muôn thưở, mặc dù tòa nhà mở rộng mà vẫn nhiều xe quá , hôm nào muốn về sớm thì ối zồi ôi
Checkin / out đủ 8 tiếng nên cũng không dược về sớm
Đóng bảo hiểm theo mức tối thiểu vùng , còn lại đưa vào bonus, chắc để trốn thuế :)))
Nhiều báo cáo lằn nhằn tốn thời gian, nhưng style nhật như vậy ai chịu ở lại không chịu thì đi thôi :)
Nhảy qua 2 công ty thì ở đây phù hợp cho sinh viên mới ra trường làm 1-2 năm trải nghiệm rồi phù hợp thì làm , không thì thôi, lo mà ôn luyện tiếng Nhật , nhảy cty khác cũng k muộn, bài toán kinh tế rõ thế kia mà.
Nghỉ phép mà bị trừ năng suất, nghỉ phép nhiều ngày lương giàm 100k-200k xàm :)))
Môi trường làm việc tốt, phù hợp với ai thích sự ổn định
