Đồng nghiệp nhiệt tình chỉ dẫn hỗ trợ vui vẻ hòa đồng với nhau.
Chịu OT thì lương mới đỡ đỡ chút. Đa số xin OT thêm vì lương rất thấp so với mặt bằng chung.
Suggestions for improvement:
Cần tăng lương cơ bản + OT và rõ ràng hơn về các khoản thưởng của các dự án.
R&D nha, còn Dev team mình không rõ
