You rarely have to work OT. OT hours are fully paid though.

Chỗ này đúng gu của mấy bạn thích tự do. Không cần chấm công vân tay, giờ giấc linh hoạt hết sức, miễn hoàn thành công việc. Văn hóa làm việc thì siêu thoải mái, ai cũng dễ chịu và chịu lắng nghe. Còn về phúc lợi thì khỏi chê, full BHXH, lương tháng 13 đủ cả. Thích nhất là mấy buổi team-building, ăn uống vui chơi tẹt ga.
OT không nhiều, không ảnh hưởng tới công việc cá nhân và gia đình. OT được tính đầy đủ.
