Rất hiếm khi OT, nếu có vẫn sẽ được trả lương OT đầy đủ

In my opinion, The management's capabilities are still weak, and the salary benefits are unclear and not as described in the job listing on Itviet. The company culture is problematic, with no clear or effective personnel management or support processes. There is no career path for employees, and promotion rules do not exist. Promotions are given based on personal preference.

Có nghỉ giữa giờ 2 lần/ngày, mỗi lần 15' nên tính ra 1 ngày làm 7h30. Chấm công thủ công nên có thể linh hoạt xin phép đi muộn. Thấy cũng hay thưởng. Lương trả cao hơn thị trường.
Không có chế độ cho OT nhưng trong thời gian làm việc hầu như không cần OT.
