Môi trường tốt, sếp thân thiện, work life balance

What I liked:
- Sếp thân thiện, lắng nghe ý kiến, quan tâm nhân viên, có thể meeting 1:1 vs sếp để nêu ý kiến. Đồng nghiệp tốt, môi trường ko toxic.
- Đội ngũ HR dễ thương, support tận tâm và nhiệt tình, 10 điểm.
- Product của công ty ko fai công nghệ mới nhất nhưng cũng ko fai công nghệ cũ, nên ko lo khoản tech, phát triển được, đầy đủ các bước theo 1 quy trình phát triển phần mềm
- Có chương trình học lấy chứng chỉ Agile/Scrum
- Có Udemy, Pluralsight cho nhân viên tự học
- Có các lớp tiếng Nhật cho nhân viên, được đi onsite Nhật từ 1 - 3 tháng tùy dự án
- Công ty gọn gàng, sạch sẽ, có bàn làm việc nâng hạ rất thích. Vị trí cty ngay quận 1, dễ di chuyển, cty ở tầng 24 nên view đẹp.
- Có happy birthday + happy lunch mỗi tháng
- Benefit đầy đủ: lương tháng 13, thưởng, bảo hiểm...
- Company trip được HR plan chu đáo, đi rất vui
- Có group đá banh, cầu lông để tham gia sau giờ làm việc
- Annual leave tính theo giờ nên khá phù hợp khi có việc bận khoảng 1, 2 tiếng cần vô trễ. Được nghỉ 2,3 ngày tết Tây theo lịch Nhật
- Công ty có cafe và trà cho nhân viên thưởng thức
Hầu như ko có OT. Nếu có OT thì policy rõ ràng, có link đầy đủ, quy trình approval rõ ràng, trả theo luật
Suggestions for improvement:
- Bên Nhật vẫn chưa meeting bằng tiếng Anh nhiều nên vẫn cần BrSe để dịch
- Đôi lúc đưa ra quyết định còn hơi lâu.
- Làm việc qua VDI nên nhiều lúc mạng ko ổn định sẽ khó làm việc
- Công việc sẽ đc transfer qua dần dần nên nếu ai đã quen làm outsource với áp lực cao sẽ cảm thấy ko quen.
- Chưa có những buổi sharing, present công nghệ, hiện tại vẫn ở phía bên Nhật là chủ yếu.
