Công ty có nhiều hoạt động vui chơi, ăn uống, chào đón nv mới
Làm dự án về Fintech
Văn phòng đẹp, view trung tâm thành phố
Nhiều hoạt động về training cả online và offline
Mức lương ổn so với thị trường
Cty ít khi OT, đa phần chỉ phải OT trong những giai đoạn cần thiết hoặc có issues. Lương OT trả theo luật
Suggestions for improvement:
Môi trường vẫn khá nặng văn hóa Nhật về process và thời gian làm việc
Cty hơi ít sử dụng tiếng Anh
Đánh giá performance hàng năm chưa được hệ thống lắm
Mức lương tăng hàng năm ko cao
Phúc lợi cơ bản chưa có gì hấp dẫn
