Hệ thống lớn: Làm sản phẩm Fintech (Credit Card), phức tạp và đòi hỏi nhiều về business mindset
Chương trình training nội bộ nhiều
Có cơ hội onsite sang Nhật, học tiếng Nhật
Công ty khuyến khích ứng dụng AI
Lương khá, bảo hiểm đóng full, văn phòng trung tâm view đẹp.
Hết giờ là tắt máy đi về, không OT nhiều. Nếu có yêu cầu phải OT thì có trả lương theo luật
Suggestions for improvement:
Họp & Quy trình: Task qua nhiều bước process, họp hành với phía Nhật chiếm quá nhiều thời gian
Không có Flexible Time
On-site: Bắt buộc lên văn phòng, không có option Hybrid hay Remote
Tech chậm đổi mới: Hệ thống lớn nên ưu tiên tính an toàn, ít cơ hội thử nghiệm tech stack mới hay các công nghệ hot trend.
