What I liked:
- Công ty có những dự án làm việc global với nhiều cơ hội phát triển kĩ năng chuyên môn và giao tiếp tiếnh anh.
- Văn phòng được trang bị xịn xò, đầy đủ và thuận tiện cho công việc.
- Với những dự án lớn luôn có những tiêu chuẩn cao đòi hỏi nhân viên khi join vào team phải đáp ứng về technical skill và những kĩ năng làm việc nhóm.
- Nhân viên được hưởng các chương trình đào tạo chuyên sâu.
- Lương tháng thứ 13, tiền thưởng hiệu suất, và các phúc lợi bổ sung cho các ngày lễ
Hỗ trợ tốt ( không chỉ nhận được lương & tiền ăn mà còn được hỗ trợ từ chi phí đi lại, sếp thường dẫn cả team đi ăn chi phí cao mỗi khi OT )
Suggestions for improvement:
- Tuy nhiên, công ty có một số dự án nhỏ không được các sếp và các bộ phận technical, PM hỗ trợ đầy đủ về mặt kỹ thuật. Không có nhiều tính thử thách trong task được giao, nên việc tham gia dự án nhỏ không có khả năng phát triển bản thân.
- Công ty cần tuyển thêm nhiều senior hơn nữa để bao quát và tăng chất lượng dự án hơn, mặc dù đã có những sếp technical từ Hàn về đây.
