- Lâu lâu được đi ăn ở các quán xịn xò
- Cấp PC cho nhân viên nên đi làm không cần mang nhiều đồ
- PC cấu hình cao
- Văn phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi
- Chính sách OT rõ ràng
- Có hỗ trợ grab cho nhân viên OT khuya
- Tuân thủ các quy định của lao động
Suggestions for improvement:
- Thêm vòi xịt trong nhà vệ sinh
- Cần có thêm các project có các tính năng khó
- Phù hợp với các bạn fresher, nhưng chưa giữ chân được các dev level cao
- Cần có thêm các dev level cao để quản lý các bạn Fresher vì khá nhiều fresher và junior
