What I liked:
Máy móc ngon lành, tốt. Cô lao công vui vẻ, sạch sẽ cực. Dự án có tính challenge, có tài khoản udemy cho nhân viên bổ sung kiến thức
Nhiều chính sách tốt, rõ ràng. OT qua 10h có grabcar đưa đón. Có mì miếc ăn khi OT, trả lương đàng hoàng
Suggestions for improvement:
Cái đáng tiếc của công ty cần được cải thiện là việc cần tuyển các anh Senior (giám sát tụi Fresh/Junior), thêm 1 (hoặc nhiều) anh TA hoặc SA (đưa ra giải pháp và công nghệ cho các project) và đặc biệt là 1 (hoặc nhiều anh DevOps/Sec để deploy dự án và bảo mật cho công ty một cách tốt hơn.
Chút xíu xiu nữa, phần sữa và nước ngọt, vì nhân viên bắt đầu nhiều, mong cty bổ sung thêm

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
