OT vẫn hỗ trợ nhiệt tình để log thời gian, cơ bản đa phần không cần OT nên rất thoải mái

Nhiều khóa đào tạo như tiếng Nhật, Agile, các công nghệ...
Đề cao work-life balance.
Tiếng Nhật là chủ yếu nên có lẽ là lợi thế lớn nếu biết tiếng Nhật.
Ít thấy ai OT. Nếu OT sẽ được trả lương đầy đủ theo quy định.
