Unfortunately, I did not find positive aspects that would make me enjoy working here due to the salary and contract issues.
Without a proper labor contract, policies including overtime are unclear and inconsistent.

Thiết bị cho tester cần được cải thiện và lên đời. Hiện tại, các yêu cầu từ phía khách hàng là dựa trên các điện thoại đời mới. Đôi khi, nhân viên phải dùng chính điện thoại của mình để test và reproduce.

Công ty cũng cần cải thiện mạng Wifi hơn. Hiện tại Wifi quá yếu và chặp chờn, mình đa số phải dùng điện thôi để phát wifi.

Công đoàn khá thụ động, cần năng động hơn nữa.

Cơm trưa free, thời gian thoải mái. Hiện đang đẩy mạnh đào tạo chuyên môn nhân viên. Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, sếp và leader quan tâm các thành viên
OT không lương nhưng nếu làm tốt vẫn có tính hệ số công việc
