Chỉ phù hợp cho các PHP developer

What I liked:
Đa số là internship và junior, hú một cái là đi nhậu và nhoi nhoi rất zui. Sáng có cà phê uống ngồi chém gió, trưa ăn cơm chung trong cty chém gió đủ chủ đề. Chiều về các ae đi đá banh nữa. Zui lắm. Nhưng hồi đó được cty bao cơm trưa, còn giờ thì không còn nữa.
Không được trả lương, không quy ra ngày phép, chỉ cho bánh ăn.
Suggestions for improvement:
Là cty outsource nên đều như nhau. Nếu bạn vào một dự án mà khách hàng trời ơi đất hỡi thì nên tìm đường lui. Vì lơi nhuận đến từ việc cty cho thuê bạn, nên cty cũng không làm gì được.
Trong cty có 2 hiểu làm việc. Kiểu một là sẽ có 1 PM đứng ra nhận yêu cầu từ khách hàng rồi về chia việc lại cho ~5 internship hay junior. Kiểu còn lại là senior tham gia trực tiếp vào team khách hàng luôn, làm việc như là một nhân viên của khách hàng.
Kiểu một thì đa số PM là 50% từ Dev đi lên và tay nghề thì chưa thể gọi là senior được. Kinh nghiệm về đàm phán không được cao, và đôi khi dẫn đến các bạn internship và junior phải OT không lương. Đây là kiểu làm việc chiếm đa số tại Ekino (~80%)
Kiểu hai thì chỉ có senior đảm nhận. Bạn sẽ bị khách hàng bào, rất cực, và áp lực. Mình thấy vị trí này rất ít trong cty và thường xuyên bị đổi người. Chỉ có duy nhất một anh Golang Dev thần thánh trụ hơn 1 năm, nhưng cũng ra đi.
Về phía quản lý và nhân sự, hồi 3 năm trước được đảm nhận bởi các anh chị có kinh nghiệm nên rất chuyên nghiệp. Lúc mình mới vào đó là ấn tượng đầu tiên của mình, nó rất mạnh. Nhưng hiện tại thì không còn nữa, chỉ 1-2 người core thôi, còn lại được thế bằng internship và junior.
Về phía vệ sinh, đã được cải thiện trong những tháng gần đây. Cty đã thay mới lao công và quy trình dọn dẹp chi tiết hơn thay vì kiểu "Chị cứ thấy dơ dơ ở đâu thì dọn giúp em nhe." hay "Em thấy đâu mà dơ dơ thì kêu chị nhe" :)))
Về phía cơ sở vật chất, Mình chỉ nói một câu. Nó tệ. (Không đến mức rất tệ)
Về phần chắm công, Hiện tại cty chỉ kiểm tra check-in của nhân viên mà không có check-out. Một vài trường hợp như đi trễ 5p nhưng OT thêm 1 tiếng cũng bị cty báo vắng và trừ 0.5 ngày. Nên một vài nhân viên thấy trễ nên chiều vào luôn cũng không làm gì được họ. Nên có check-out sẽ tốt hơn.
Về phần Technical, cty có tech stack mạnh về các thể loại PHP. Nên sẽ phù hợp hơn nếu bạn là một PHP dev.
Lời nhắn nhủ với với các bạn internship, cty không có lộ trình đào tạo cho internship, chỉ nhảy thẳng vào dự án rồi cằm tay chỉ việc một vài tuần rồi làm việc luôn. Nên quy trình làm việc và một vài kỹ năng khác bạn sẽ không có.
Nhìn chung khá ổn so với mặt bằng
