However, I feel the company should put more emphasis on employee training and development, as this is a crucial factor in fostering growth and strengthening the team. Additionally, introducing regular health check-up packages for employees would be a great improvement, showing more care for everyone's well-being. Overall, working at Yoong has been an enjoyable experience, though there are a few areas that could be improved.
