OT không lương, dự án bận thì OT liên tục, có thể là cả tuần làm đến 9, 10h tối
Suggestions for improvement:
Lương thưởng cần cạnh tranh hơn, hiện tại thu nhập đang khá thấp so với mặt bằng chung
Nhưng 16 tháng lương, phù hợp với người xác định gắn bó lâu dài
