We are a fast-growing eCommerce Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) agency dedicated to helping online businesses achieve optimal performance and growth. We specialize in data-driven insights to improve our clients’ user experiences, streamline their digital strategies, and drive conversion rates. Our team is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights to create outstanding eCommerce experiences.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Web Analyst with a strong background in eCommerce and CRO. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in web analytics and interpreting data to uncover actionable insights. This role is crucial for informing strategic decisions across our clients' websites, aiming to enhance user experience, optimize conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics Management: Set up, monitor, and analyze website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google/Bing search console, user tracking tools such as heat mapping or session recording tools.
- DataAnalysis: Conduct in-depth analyses on website traffic, conversion funnels, and key performance metrics. Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, engagement, and retention.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop regular reports and dashboards to track and communicate site performance and testing outcomes. Provide clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers to inform UX/UI design and content decisions based on data-driven insights.
- CRO Testing: Collaborate with CRO specialists to design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and user experience tests. Track test results and make recommendations based on findings.
- CrossFunctional Team Communication: Present findings and recommendations to internal teams, explaining complex data in a clear, compelling way that highlights potential business impacts.
Yêu cầu công việc
- DegreeinMarketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+yearsofexperience in web analytics, eCommerce, and/or CRO.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools (experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, or Optimizely is a plus).
- Stronganalytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies is a plus.
- KnowledgeofUXprinciples and best practices in eCommerce is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights in a way that is accessible and engaging.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
