• Collaborate closely with the product development team to analyze customer and product requirements, translating them into specific user experience solutions.
• Generate ideas and create application flows, wireframes, and prototypes for websites and mobile applications.
• Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, modern, and aligned with the brand identity.
• Build and develop a shared Design System to ensure consistency across product designs.
• Work directly with BA teams, development teams, customer support, and other stakeholders to ensure the designs meet all requirements.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS

2 to 3 years of professional experience in designing for web and mobile applications

A strong portfolio showcasing your best work in UX/UI

Proficient in design software such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc., to bring design ideas to life

Good aesthetic sense with the ability to effectively identify and arrange layouts

Creative thinker who works proactively in a team environment and can handle high-pressure situations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS to create feasible and optimized designs

Experience with payment gateways or in the banking industry is a significant advantage, helping you collaborate confidently and learn from international teams

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
