Your Role: 

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and execution of test automation within our SaaS solution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the creation, maintenance, and optimization of our test automation framework, ensuring measurable improvements in test efficiency and quality.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, modular test automation framework. 
• Focus on automating critical test scenarios for API, UI, and integration layers. 
• Analyze manual test cases and prioritize automation candidates. 
• Build and maintain stable test scripts to cover high-risk workflows. 
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous feedback. 
• Conduct training sessions to ensure long-term sustainability of the automation framework. 
• Regularly evaluate and improve the framework’s reliability and performance. 
• Create and maintain documentation for the automation framework and processes. 
• Share insights and propose improvements to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Requirements: 

Experience: 

• 5+ years in software testing, including at least 3 years focused on test automation. 
• Proven track record of leading test automation for complex SaaS web solutions. 

Technical Skills: 

• Strong expertise in automation tools & frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, REST Assured, Postman, or similar. 
• Hands-on experience with API testing and integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines. 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript or equivalent. 
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for efficient collaboration. 

Soft Skills: 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 
• Strong English communication skills to work seamlessly with global teams. 
• Ability to prioritize, manage tasks efficiently, and deliver results in a structured manner. 

Education: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
