The Solution Architect will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship

• Designing and implementing high-quality software solutions (preferred in .NET core, .NET framework and Reactjs/Vuejs)
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Providing technical guidance and support to team directly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation (especially the latest .NET technologies and trends)
• Working as part of a diverse, dynamic team, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior to senior team members, helping to develop their skills and career growth.

• Our team is young (mostly under 34), and we seek candidates who thrive in this dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Leader/ Technical Architect/Solutions Architect
• In-depth knowledge of the .NET core and .NET framework. Familiar with front-end frameworks like VueJs, ReactJs, and VueJs is our primary front-end development language.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, with the ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and data management technologies
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Dedication to continuous learning and skill development.
