• Position title: Software Engineer (JavaScript, CSS, Java)

• Reporting to: Supervisors (Vietnamese)
• Work with: A team (4 members)

Job Description

MFPs or the related software are embedded in many products, requiring a great deal of know-how and technology. Since many of our projects are large-scale, you can improve your skills and realize great results upon completion of the project.

• Objective: Development and maintenance of some document capturing software related to multifunction devices. Some of its modules will be implemented as a plug-in on MFP.
• Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities of a Software Engineer include requirement analysis, system design, detailed design (creating design documents), coding in programming languages, debugging the created code, reverse engineering and evaluation.
• Job Description:
  • You will be developing and maintaining of document capturing software that operates on the multifunction devices.
  • Debugging and evaluation will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators.
  • The ultimate role of a Software Engineer is to build high-quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards.

Job Requirements

• Work Experience: At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Software Engineer is required.
• Development Skills: Ability to develop software using JavaScript, Java SE, or other programming languages.
• Framework Experience: Experience with Web Application and JavaScript/CSS frameworks is desirable.
• Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher is preferred, and English fluently - spoken, listening, and written.
• Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
• Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a founding member of the company.

Education/Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant technology certifications
