Software Engineer (AI-driven, GenAI)

We are seeking a versatile Software Engineer capable of building a complete application from scratch, encompassing system architecture, database design, backend development, and frontend development.

The ideal candidate will:

• Initiate ideas and turn them into functional products.
• Have an understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and trends.
• Proactively apply AI technologies to make software smarter, more adaptive, and user-friendly.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor) to accelerate the software development lifecycle, from coding and documentation to testing and optimization.
• Deliver production-ready solutions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements to design a robust system architecture.
• Design and implement databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Develop backend APIs (Python, Node.js, or other relevant languages).
• Build frontend interfaces (React, Vue, Angular, or equivalent frameworks).
• Integrate GenAI models and AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, custom-trained models) into products.
• Write technical documentation and set up CI/CD pipelines.
• Use AI-assisted coding and testing tools to speed up development.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability

Must-have:

• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, Go, etc.).
• Experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular).
• Strong understanding of database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, text-to-image, AI-driven automation, etc.).
• Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Cursor).
• Ability to work independently from concept to final product.

Nice-to-have:

• Personal projects or demo applications.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven, or serverless architectures.
• Experience integrating AI/ML APIs.
• Creative mindset for inventing AI-driven features that enhance software intelligence.
• Basic UI/UX skills
