SPayLater is one of the new financial products that provide our consumer financing solution that aims to help our users gain financial freedom with fewer limitations – all through a seamless digital experience. SPayLater offers Shopee users the freedom to buy immediately, but with the choice of paying for their purchases later.
Being a team member of the Credit Product Management team in Vietnam, you'll have chances to demonstrate product success for VN markets by doing various kinds of tasks, working with internal and external stakeholders, including banks & financial institutions.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Lead for Credit business to drive our Credit product, define the roadmap, and maximize all return investment, and bring the best Financial Solution service to our users.
Product Feature Development Management:
- In charge of the process of ideating, planning, designing, developing, and implementing new features or enhancements for SPayLater.
- Work closely with business department to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share
- Work with Bank external partners to integrate new services for our financial product
- Coordinate with Regional Product & Engineering team to initiate, discuss, review and release new features
Product Feature Release Management:
- In charge of the process of releasing new features while ensuring they undergo thorough UAT/Live testing to maintain product quality
- In charge of the strategic planning and execution of releasing new features to users in a phased and controlled manner.
- Work closely and provide training to internal teams for new features/product release
Product Feature Support & Enhancement:
- In charge of the process of providing assistance, troubleshooting issue, and guidance to users who are utilizing new or existing features of a product
- Act as a specialist for the product troubleshoot issues, support during campaign days, define product logic, Standard Operating Procedure, etc.
Team Managing:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the product and operations teams.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Mentor and develop team members, ensuring their growth and career progression.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 6 year experience as Product Manager or Product Owner or IT Business Analyst
- Have Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, specially API Integration projects,...
- Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to management
- Able to effectively communicate complex business or technical information in English
- Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus
- Fintech/Credit/Buy Now Pay later/E-commerce companies is a plus, with knowledge/experience in credit, banking, transaction & orders processing
- Have problem-solving mindset, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
