Mô tả công việc

1) Product & platform delivery

• Support end-to-end delivery of digital platforms, mobile applications, and enterprise systems 
• Coordinate delivery activities across Product, Engineering, QA, Data, Operations, and business teams 
• Track timelines, dependencies, blockers, and implementation progress to ensure smooth execution 
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and release tracking 

2) Business analysis & requirement management

• Gather and clarify business requirements from stakeholders 
• Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, business logic, mockups, and acceptance criteria 
• Design workflow diagrams, process maps, and system interaction flows using tools such as Figma, Draw.io, Miro, Lucidchart
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical feasibility 

3) Product ownership & backlog management

• Support product roadmap execution and feature prioritization 
• Manage and maintain product backlog with clear documentation and business context 
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to improve platform usability and customer journey 
• Monitor feature performance and recommend product improvements based on data and user feedback 

4) UAT, testing & implementation support

• Prepare UAT plans, test scenarios, and test cases 
• Coordinate testing activities with end-users and QA teams 
• Track defects, support issue resolution, and ensure release readiness 
• Support post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement activities 

5) Stakeholder collaboration & governance

• Work closely with stakeholders across Business, Risk, Operations, Technology, Data, Legal, and Compliance 
• Support project governance, documentation, reporting, and implementation tracking 
• Ensure solutions comply with internal governance and operational standards

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience & background

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related fields 
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Product Ownership, System Analysis, Project Coordination, or related roles 
• Experience in digital banking, fintech, consumer finance, e-commerce, or enterprise platforms is highly preferred 

Technical & product capabilities

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum delivery, and system integration concepts 
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, workflows, and platform architecture 
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, backlog management, UAT, and workflow documentation 
• Experience using tools such as: 
  • Jira / Confluence 
  • Figma / Draw.io 
  • Miro / Lucidchart
