Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal Developer with a robust background in developing web applications using C# and the MVC Framework. The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in developing Web APIs with .NET Core 8.0.

Expertise in front-end development using Razor (for studying the old systems) and JavaScript libraries such as React.js is essential. A strong understanding of React Router, React Query, and Redux is highly desirable, as we aim to build an entire application based on these technologies.

Additionally, candidates should have substantial experience in database and system design, CI/CD setup, and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design and Technology Modernization

• Analyze requirements and translate them into effective ERP components.
• Define and implement our new ERP product with modern technology and design patterns.
• Establish a scalable database strategy using MSSQL.
• Oversee implementation of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and cloud infrastructure.

System Stability and Optimization

• Diagnose and resolve critical system issues.
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and logging.

Cloud Infrastructure and Cost Optimization

• Lead Azure cloud architecture strategy.
• Implement cost optimization strategies.
• Use cost-effective DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
• Continuously monitor cloud usage and cost.

Technology Leadership and Strategic Initiatives

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams.
• Assess and adopt emerging technologies.
• Mentor and guide software engineers.

Security, Compliance, and Best Practices

• Implement security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with US data protection regulations.
• Define cloud governance policies.

Customer Support

• Attend meetings with customers to troubleshoot issues.

Agile Scrum Participation

• Join Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of web application development experience.
• Proficiency in C#, MVC, .NET Core 8.0, and Azure technologies.
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS, React Router, Redux, React Query.
• English proficiency required (IELTS 6.0 overall, Speaking 6.5+ or equivalent).
• Experience with CI/CD flows (Azure DevOps).
• Strong OOP, SOLID, design patterns, clean code.
• Experience with Razor, MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML.
• Skilled in MSSQL and database design.
• Hands-on with Kendo UI.
• Open-minded, feedback-oriented.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies.
• ERP/manufacturing domain experience is a plus.
• Ability to write technical documents.

Interview Process
