Design innovative and engaging gameplay systems for card, slot, crash, and instant win games.
Conduct competitor analysis and game mechanic deconstruction based on market demands.
Create comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDD) and flow diagrams for development teams.
Collaborate with product, art, and dev teams to implement and iterate gameplay.
Balance innovation, monetization, and regulatory compliance in all designs.

4+ years of experience in game design, especially in casino, card, or hyper-casual games.
Strong understanding of gameplay loops, player motivation, and retention mechanics.
Familiar with industry trends in LATAM, SEA, and global casino markets.
Proficiency in Figma, Excel, or Miro for spec and flow design.
English communication and documentation skills required.

Allowance: 80k/day after official promotion

14 months’ salary means a bonus for half a year’s work equivalent to one month’s salary, and it is also granted based on performance evaluation results.
