Design and develop game ideas from concept to release, ensuring creativity, entertainment value, and balance.
Build and develop gameplay mechanics, game systems, and user experiences aligned with product goals.
Collaborate closely with development teams (programmers, artists, QA, etc.) to ensure compatibility and completeness of the game.
Evaluate and adjust gameplay elements based on player feedback and data analysis.
Create and maintain game design documents (GDD), including detailed descriptions of features, levels, items, and characters.
Research and track market trends to continually enhance and update products to meet player preferences.
Assist in developing new concepts for future game projects.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Game Designer, preferably in mobile game development.
Proven experience in designing and developing puzzle games (match-3, logic puzzles, word puzzles, etc.). In-depth understanding of level structures, puzzle mechanics, and how to build difficulty progression.
Deep knowledge of various game genres, gaming trends, and player behavior.
Strong creative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent team collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate and present ideas effectively.
Proficiency with game design tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or equivalent software.
Basic understanding of programming and game AI systems is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong time management skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
