As a Senior Camunda Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated workflows using Camunda 8 (both Cloud and Self-Managed versions). You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into highly effective BPMN, DMN, and CMMN models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with proven expertise in Camunda workflow development and process automation, particularly with Camunda 8 (Cloud and Self-Managed).
• Expertise in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN for business process modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Zeebe workflow engine and the configuration/deployment of workflows.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration with external systems.
• Experience in integrating with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with security best practices and governance policies in the context of BPM implementations.
• Strong problem-solving and optimization skills, with a focus on improving process efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to document technical designs, configurations, and process models clearly and comprehensively.
• English proficiency is a plus, as the role may involve working with international teams and documentation in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
