Collaborate with Product Managers & stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Create clear specifications, user stories, and documentation.
Support UX/UI with usefulness, usability, and accessibility insights.
Analyze business data to provide actionable insights.
Act as a bridge between business & tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
Design and support UAT scenarios to validate solutions.

5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in eCommerce, retail, or logistics).
Solid knowledge of Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum.
Experience with data analysis (min. 6 months hands-on).
UI/UX awareness (usefulness, usability; accessibility is a plus).
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
