Mô tả công việc

• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to elicit and define user requirements.
• Research competitive products or other products on the market and suggest ideas/solutions to clients.
• Contact to Partners for integration with outside system (Payment gateway, Third-party supplier, …);
• Analyze requirements and create function list, use cases, User stories, SRS, mockup, prototype…
• Conduct training for project team members and stakeholders to understand the business.
• Talk to the development department to design a solution for these requirements. Develop detailed requirements specification in a language suitable for programmers (developer); Ensure development requirements are clear and technologically feasible.
• Work closely with the development team and follow the process of the project (schedule, timeline, release date…)
• Support and review the testing scenarios, test data, verifying bugs/issues.
• Conduct and support users for UAT, verifying if any bugs or issues occur.
• Create manual guide for product and conduct demo to clients.
• Do the research about AI when requested. 

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from TOP IT UNIVERSITY like HUST, PTIT, VNU, FPT… specializing in Information Technology
• Proficiency in English/Japanese communication skills (both verbal and written)
• At least 4 year of experience in product development as a Business Analyst 
• Previous experience as software developer is highly preferred
• Excellent research skills: You should be able to gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including market research, customer feedback, and industry reports. You should also be able to synthesize this information into actionable insights that can inform our business strategy.
• Mockup creation: You should have experience in creating mockups that accurately reflect our clients' needs and preferences. You should also be able to iterate quickly on your designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Quick business mindset: You should be able to think on your feet and make strategic decisions quickly. You should also be able to anticipate potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Young and smart: You should be a young and energetic individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a sharp and analytical mind, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Have knowledge in Machine learning/AI or have the ability to do research in the AI domain.
• Experience with Blockchain projects is plus
• Good skills in using suitable tools (eg: Figma, Visio..) for business modeling, business flow and technical diagrams, creating mockups and prototypes.
