ArctX Solution LLC is a global IT solution provider seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the Hanoi office.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee testing activities, create audit reports, and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers to identify and resolve quality issues through thorough testing and evaluation, supporting our commitment to excellence and reliability.

• Create and prepare audit reports or essential development documents during and after development
• Implement quality assurance activities such as unit tests, API tests, comprehensive tests and etc., during the development
• Execute quality improvement testing and activities
• Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
• Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with the dev during the operation
• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
• Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution by company guidelines and regulatory requirement

Yêu cầu công việc

• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• At least 5-7 years of proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or a similar role.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
• Proficiency in English
