Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team. This unique position offers the opportunity to work across both our Endash and Litmers business units, providing variety and accelerated professional growth.
You will primarily design and develop web applications using Python/FastAPI that power our data integration platform at Endash, while also supporting development needs for Litmers during peak periods. This cross-functional role allows you to expand your skillset across different business domains while ensuring operational flexibility within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop robust web applications using Python/FastAPI
Implement technical solutions to address business and product challenges across both Endash and Litmers teams
Optimize application performance and scalability to ensure efficient operations
Contribute to the architecture and design of highly scalable systems
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Support no-code development initiatives when required to meet project deadlines
Adapt to shifting priorities between data integration solutions and client-based projects

Proficient in SQL, ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy, and database optimization
Good knowledge of Python concurrency
Upper-intermediate level of spoken English for effective communication
Strong familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, AWS) and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
Proven experience in designing and developing highly scalable systems
Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
Adaptability and willingness to work across multiple projects and business domains

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Experience with data engineering tools such as dbt, Airflow/Prefect, BigQuery, Trino
Experience managing development teams, including setting features and development milestones
Ability to review, evaluate, and discuss new architectures and technologies for complex problems
Interest in no-code development platforms (experience with Bubble is a plus)
Versatility and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
