As we expand our Odoo practice, we’re looking for a talented Senior Odoo Developer to drive system customization, integrations, and performance improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions for Odoo ERP implementation.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and applications to meet business needs.

• Integrate Odoo with other business systems and third-party applications, leveraging APIs and automation tools.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues to ensure smooth functionality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and stakeholders, to improve processes.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Ensure best coding practices and documentation are maintained.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development.

• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework (ORM, API, QWeb).

• Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API development, microservices, and authentication (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
