• Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
• Develop detailed project feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with project strategy.
• Plan and prioritize project development and project feature backlog.
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint/ release goals.
• Lead the project-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
• Test execution to ensure quality of release when needed.
• Deliver completed & “right” software to clients and perform regular checks.
• Serve as “project ambassador” internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.

Yêu cầu công việc

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and working experience.
• 3+ years of experience working as Product/ Project Owner.
• Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology.
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles for project management.
• Good knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Creative thinker with a vision.
• Attention to details.

“Plus” skills:

• 3+ years of direct Quality Assurance experience: designing, implementing, executing tests and tracking/reporting results.
• Experience in cloud-based software projects.
• Experience in revision control systems like: Github, bitbucket…
• Experience in automation test: Selenium, Appium, Jenkin configuration…
• Experience in REST/SOAP API using tool like Postman/SOAPUI.
• Experience in using BDD (Behavior-driven development) Framework.
• Basic SQL skills and good experience in automated testing tools.
• Basic programming skills in Java for developing test scripts.
