Mô tả công việc

A. Project Planning & Coordination

• Plan projects, break down work into sprints, and estimate effort for each feature.
• Coordinate tasks across Development, QA, and BA/PO teams to ensure progress.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

B. Schedule & Quality Management

• Track actual progress against the project plan.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure releases meet timelines, feature scope, and quality standards.

C. Acting as a Bridge

• Serve as the liaison between technical teams (Dev/QA) and PO/Stakeholders.
• Work closely with POM to assess release readiness and coordinate deployment support.
• Ensure user feedback (via POM) is handled and responded to promptly.

D. Process Improvement

• Propose and implement Agile/Scrum process improvements tailored to the team.
• Drive the adoption of project management tools (Jira, Notion, Git, etc.) and standardized progress tracking metrics.

Scope & Authority

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of products under development.
• Have the authority to request necessary adjustments to scope, timeline, or resources to ensure release quality.
• Collaborate with POM to support release processes, collect feedback, and prioritize the improvement backlog.

Yêu cầu công việc

1.Experience & Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Technical PM / Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Strong experience working with Engineering teams (Backend, Mobile, QA, Developers)
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Proven ability in:
  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Progress tracking and reporting
  • Risk identification and risk management

2.Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of:
  • Backend systems, APIs, Microservices
  • Mobile and Web development
• Experience in startup or product-based environments
• Experience managing complex products, multiple modules, or cross-functional teams

3.Key Soft Skills

• Clear and effective communication & coordination
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and tight deadlines
• System-level thinking, not limited to task execution
• Strong conflict resolution skills among stakeholders
