Yêu cầu công việc

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Software Development, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, or related roles.
• Experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment.
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in IT Outsourcing or Offshore Development is highly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects or distributed teams is an advantage.

Language Skills

Preferred

• Japanese: JLPT N2 or above.
• Good English communication skills or strong English communication skills with experience working directly with international customers.
