POSITION PURPOSE
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the successful development, launch, and continuous improvement of the Company’s products and solutions. Key responsibilities include defining product strategies and roadmaps, gathering and prioritizing requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, and monitoring product performance to meet business goals and user needs. The Product Manager also plays a key role in fostering innovation, aligning product initiatives with market trends, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
JOB DESCRIPITION
Product Planning & Design
- Take ownership of overall acquiring product planning, covering merchant onboarding, payment acceptance, clearing & settlement, reconciliation, and risk control.
- Design multi-channel acquiring solutions (POS, online payment, cross-border payment, QR code, e-wallets, etc.) in line with market and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver high-quality product documentation (PRD, workflows, API specifications, acceptance criteria).
Requirement Analysis & Delivery
- Collect feedback from sales, operations, and customers to identify and define acquiring business needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product delivery with high quality.
- Design merchant onboarding processes, including MPA/MCC management, risk review, and compliance KYC procedures.
Business & Operations Support
- Support business development teams in merchant acquisition with pre-sales product solutions.
- Participate in pricing strategy and revenue model design, optimizing fees, settlement cycles, and reconciliation experience.
- Regularly analyze transaction data to identify risks and propose improvements.
Compliance & Risk Control
- Stay up to date with regulatory requirements (e.g., central banks, MAS, FCA) for acquiring business.
- Work with risk teams to enhance transaction monitoring and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) measures.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, E-commerce, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in payments or fintech, with at least 2 years in acquiring/payment product management.
- Familiar with Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and other card scheme rules; knowledge of 3DS, Tokenization, and related technologies.
- Solid understanding of ISO8583, clearing & settlement processes, and common acquiring integration methods.
- Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills to drive complex projects to completion.
- Experience in cross-border acquiring, overseas acquiring, or aggregator payment solutions is a strong plus.
