We are seeking a skilled Mobile Developer to join our team in Hanoi or Danang, Vietnam. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our customers during the implementation of our Mobile SDK, ensuring seamless integration into their applications. You’ll work directly with customer development teams and collaborate with our product teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions that meet banking needs. Key Responsibilities

Customer Collaboration:
- Work directly with customer development teams to ensure the successful integration of Digibank Solutions’ Mobile SDK into their applications, meeting project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to design infrastructure architecture and integration strategies tailored to customers’ environments and applications.
- Provide hands-on support during SDK integration, offering technical guidance and resolving queries to ensure a smooth process.
- Assist customers in analyzing and debugging errors during integration, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions quickly.
Integration & Testing:
- Execute integration testing and evaluation of the Mobile SDK to ensure compliance with quality standards and performance benchmarks.
- Deploy and integrate Digibank Solutions’ products with partner systems to meet specific project requirements.
- Participate in pre-deployment product testing and provide post-deployment support to address any issues.
Product Development:
- Contribute to the analysis and design of development workflows for iOS and Android platforms, aligning with project requirements.
- Collaborate with technology partners to develop new features as part of the product roadmap and propose innovative ideas to enhance our offerings.
Quality Assurance:
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the SDK integrates seamlessly into customer apps.
- Support automation testing efforts to validate functionality and reliability across platforms.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 2-5 years of mobile development experience, preferably with customer-facing or integration-focused roles.
- Proven experience supporting SDK or library integration in mobile applications.
Core Skills:
- Mobile Programming: Proficiency in at least two of the following languages/frameworks: Cordova, React Native, Flutter/Dart, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, or Swift.
- SDK Integration: Strong understanding of integrating Native SDKs (Android, iOS) and third-party libraries into mobile applications.
- Testing & Debugging: Ability to test, debug, and troubleshoot issues in customer applications, with skills in performance optimization and automation testing.

Good to Have

Framework Expertise: Experience with React Native or Flutter for cross-platform development.
API Integration: Knowledge of working with RESTful and SOAP APIs to connect mobile apps with backend systems.
Database Skills: Familiarity with database management systems like Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, or MS SQL for data-driven applications.
Cloud Tools: Experience with cloud platforms for mobile backend integration.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
