Mô tả công việc

● Build project plan, tasks, stages, and execution timelines for the quality assurance task.

● Execute quality improvement testing and activities.

● Create and maintain test reports and essential test-related development documents during and after the development phase to track progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.

● Create and maintain documentation, including test plans, test cases, test reports, and other relevant artifacts.

● When necessary, implement quality assurance activities such as unit tests, API tests, comprehensive tests, etc., during development (this can be trained after joining the project).

● Identify, report, and track defects using issue-tracking systems such as JIRA and Excel.

● Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.

● Proactively enhance test frameworks and tools to keep pace with evolving technologies and best practices when needed.

● Support other QA newcomers(s) and/or QA supporters to create/run tests.

● Create comprehensive reports documenting errors and issues encountered during testing, making it easier for the development team to identify and address issues promptly.

● Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution by company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

● Work closely with developers to investigate and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.

 

Yêu cầu công việc

● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

● 3+ years of proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or a similar role.

● Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist (nice to have).

● Advanced working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance/

● Experience with testing frameworks.

● Knowledge of security testing principles.

● Excellent data collection and analysis skills.

● Experience with issue-tracking systems such as JIRA.

● Proficient in English (needs reading and writing proficiency, along with mid-level verbal communication abilities).

● Knowledge of Korean is a huge asset but not “a must”.
