Responsibilities

As a MES & Process Optimization Specialist at NSC, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with fixed working hours from 3PM to 11PM Vietnam time.

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Specialist for Process Optimization and Digitalization of our production processes. In this role, you will be a key driver in modernizing our manufacturing environment, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and innovation. You will act as a critical link between production, quality assurance, IT, and engineering, working with both local and global teams. Main responsibilities:

• Manufacturing Recipe Management: Create, test, and manage manufacturing recipes within our production systems.
• IT Project Support: Actively support and contribute to a variety of IT projects related to our production landscape.
• Production Support: Provide first-level support to our production teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with local and global teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Cross-Functional Interface: Serve as a key liaison between various departments, including Quality Assurance (QA), Information Technology (IT), Engineering, and Production.
• Data Analysis: Analyze and evaluate production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and to support data-driven decision-making.
• Employee Training: Train employees on new processes, systems, and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

Skills & Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in a technical field (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food technology, automation, IT) or a university degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business informatics, pharmaceutical technology).
• Proven experience with manufacturing processes in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) production environment.
• Fluent in English
• Solid programming and coding skills.
• A proactive and independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility.

Nice-to-have skills and experience

• Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Prior experience in creating and managing manufacturing recipes.
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Previous experience in a first-level IT or production support role.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting.
• A track record of successful project work.
• German speaking is a bonus
